Ang Pinaka (The Most / Best), a list program that airs every Sunday on GMA NewsTV, this time listed the most Amazing Natural Wonders of the Philippines. Topping the list was Tubbataha Reef. Here's the top 10 wonders of the Philippines.

  1. Tubbataha Reefs Natural Park (Sulu, Mindanao). This marine sanctuary is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
  2. Puerto Princesa Subterranean River National Park, aka Palawan Underground River (Palawan, Visayas) is one of the finalists for the New 7 Wonders of Nature.
  3. Taal Lake and Taal Volcano (Batangas, Luzon)
  4. Mayon Volcano (Bicol, Luzon)
  5. Boracay Island (Aklan, Visayas)
  6. Coron Island (Palawan, Visayas)
  7. Butanding of Donsol (Sorsogon, Bicol, Luzon)
  8. Chocolate Hills (Bohol, Visayas)
  9. Agusan Marsh Wildlife Sanctuary (Agusan, Mindanao)
  10. Mount Pulag (Ilocos Region, Luzon) is at the borders of Benguet, Ifugao, and Nueva Vizcaya.

"Minsan Sa Isang Taon" (Once A Year), an I-Witness documentary (aired Oct 8, 2012, GMA Network) by Kara David, may look like a simple documentary but it's actually not. Its depth has significant meanings to convey. Minsan Sa Isang Taon  is about an abaca farmer who earns only a thousand pesos once a year from selling abaca fibers.
